Go to add\remove programs and click to uninstall explorer. It should give you the option of repair. Select this.

If this doesn't work, format the drive and reinstall your windows.

u can install another web browser like FireFox,Opera and then get scan ur PC from symantec.com or Microsoft.com or any other reliable anti virsus sites.

Other thing u can do...get update ur both antivirus s/w and anti spyware and then scan ur whole PC in SAFE mode.

Third, if ur using XP then u can repair it with the option that doesn't delete data stored on ur system, if ur having XP CD.By repairing XP, IE will run properly and ur data will be saved as it is...
