IE 7 takes ages to load?

Everytime i connect to the internet IE7 and firefox take ages to load up. Before I connect they load up straight away.

I have spyware and anti-virus software and I have no viruses

Now lets clean up your disk.

Do a Disk Cleanup and Disk Defrag. You can find both of them by following the path below.

Start%26gt;all programs%26gt;accessories%26gt;system tools%26gt;Disk Cleanup. Let it do its thing. You can check every box that has something to delete.

Now follow the same path and do a Disk Defrag. Again just let it do its thing.

Now lets tweak your connection.
