I saw another posting but no answer - when using internet explorer - my browser window starts bouncing - the web page actually jumps up and down like somebody else has grabbed the screen and is moving their mouse up and down. This does not happen with Mozilla (which has scrips blocked), - Do I have some type of browser hack here? - I have no intentionally loaded add ons -but both yahoo, google or comcast may have loaded junk at some point.

Sounds like either a virus or a problem with your mouse software thinking you're scrolling.
