I have Excel 2003 - when I enter an account number in a cell the final number switches to a 0 ie I enter 345555 and it switches to 345550... I am trying to put together a spread sheet with all my credit card etc accounts and numbers on it. In the Cell under the account name I entered the account number... and for some reason the last number only changes to 0 no matter what I enter or try to renter....

1- Tools %26gt; Options %26gt; Calculation %26gt; Interation

is not selected

2- Tools %26gt; Options %26gt; Edit %26gt; Fixed Decimals

Are set to zero

3- Enter your number after a space or ' or any other char

In Excel - select the area of cells that you would like to type numbers into and right click- then select "Format Cells"

make sure that it isn't set to anything that will round up or down.

Choose Text if you only want the cell to show a number, or choose number if you would like to use the cell in an equation.

hmm that is pretty strange, have you tried opening a new excel spreadsheet to try?

if you would like to bypass the entire process you can create a custom cell format- and in the window type 0000000000000000 with 16 zeros, you can also put spaces in between every 4 numbers if you want.

The text in IM 8.1 is nonexistant. I can see when someone is typing to me, but it doest appear when they send. I cant see the text in mail in IE either, but can when using Netscape. My font color is black, ive changed to blue, no worky. I have all scriping enabled under the globe in security. I can use yahoo messanger beta ok. Ive turned firewalls off and on. Ive enabled popups and disabled popups. Now im just resigned to licking envelopes and sticking stamps. Help me...lol

Might be a corrupt cookie! Try to do the following: close all browser windows, then open a new one. Click on tools at the top of your screen, go to internet options. In the drop down menu go to "temporary internet files", delete all cookies and other temp-files. When checking your mail again, the problem should be fixed.

Maybe you didn't enable scripting? If so, click "tools", select "internet options", click "security". Now click the internet icon, click "custom level". Scroll to "scripting", enable "active scripting", allow paste operations via script, scripting of Java applets are all enabled. Finally click "ok" at the bottom.

Restart Yahoo! messenger and you should start seeing text again.

ok installed i have im programs installed yahoo myspace and aim.

no im not running any mp3s movies or clips

no sounds playing at all untill it happens frome time to time

no its not my spakers no its not just my computer

it can happen on my desktop computer or my laptop computer

it is my guess that theirs some thing in myspace yahoo or aim messanger that triggers a wind blowing sound periodicly

the only other diffrance is i may or may not be running IE usally all of these factors are up when it happens.

i have computer tech traning but it dont help to narrow this down some days it dont happen at all so i cant realy do any testing unless i dont install anything on my computer and what is the point in that

Not to worried, Its just cooling off your computer all computers do that same principal like in you car when you are in bumper to bumper traffic you will hear the noise of a fun to cool down your radiator and your engine will not over heat.

Hey, that sounds real bad, i haven' had this problem before, but wat if you tried uninstalling ie7 and reinstall it again or better yet, why dont you just use safari, or opera, or firefox, they are all good.
It sounds like you have a VIRUS. You need to download a couple of antivirus programs, install them and update them. No antivirus program is a silver bullet. Having multiple ones covers more viruses.

Any decent travel agent or "bureau de change" would be able to tell you the daily rates for that period, then get some help to set up an excel spreadsheet and place the dates in and convert to graphs showing min - max - average exchange rates and reflect / calculate the fluctuations
