I've already tired to delete all the history and cookies from the IE. I also tried using an IP hiding software but didnt have great success. Would you know any software or tricks that would allow me to vote more than once on an online poll?

For some websites you may just need to clear history (NOT JUST COOKIES), or for some sites they may use IP address in which case dont bother..
try clearing ALL HISTORY...
