Any decent travel agent or "bureau de change" would be able to tell you the daily rates for that period, then get some help to set up an excel spreadsheet and place the dates in and convert to graphs showing min - max - average exchange rates and reflect / calculate the fluctuations

go to the yahoo finance and then to the currency converter on the right hand side of the page, click on it and it will show you a chart of the currency compared to each other for 1 day 5days 3months 1year 2years and 5years.
