In IE, the mail login page comes up blinking and won't stop. in Firefox, it works fine. what's wrong with IE?windows update

I had the same problem and solved it by increasing cookie acceptance. Go to tools, internet options and privacy. My setting was on high. By lowering it to medium high, I was able to log in. Also, I found that right-clicking on the blinking login page did bring up the login window.
